Safety Stewards
The role of a Steward is not only to ensure the safety of the public but also assist in the smooth
running of larger events in terms of communicating to the public facilities, promotional activity,
available public transport, grievances and timings of entertainment or relevant event information.
They play a key role and if briefed and prepared properly can greatly enhance the customer
experience. As previously mentioned a Safety Stewards main function is in a health and safety
capacity and to detect and react to emergency situation appropriately.
Traffic Management
Provide Security can supply numerous services to aide your event using traffic management.
We are well versed in all areas including, road closures, valet parking and car park marshalling.
Traffic management is undertaken by car park marshals that will utilise the space provided and
ensure the smooth arrival of any event that require this service. Car park marshalls will also
answer any queries that guests may have on arrival, such as entrance points, duration of stay and
relevant event information. Valet car parking is also available and can be quoted for on request.
Provide Security offer both an informal and formal valet car parking service that can be a cost
effective method of providing your event with a lasting positive first impression.
Vehicle Immobilisation
Vehicle Immobilisers are also available with all equipment supplied to ensure an effective
method of reserved parking for your business or event.

As part of our Event Support package we can also supply equipment that include signage, radios,
fire extinguishers, loud hailers , traffic cones, crowd barriers and first aid kits / stations. These
additions can be utilised at no extra cost depending on the order of man power. Provide Security
takes on all costs to their own employees in regards to uniform and radios and will also supply
equipment at no charge if relevant to our own internal operation.
